To find the co-ordinates of the new location, find it on Google Maps, then Right (Windows PC) or Ctrl (Macs) Click it. Then click on the latitude/longitude numbers at the top. This will copy them to your clipboard and you can paste into the relevant field on the form. Click here to see an example.

Adding beaches is free, adding accommodation, Clubs & Spas or leisure activities is part of the Commercial side. See FAQ, below.

Currently email photos directly to photos@barefoot.holiday. At the moment, this is a manual process via email. In time we hope that you can add it to the Listings pages directly (subject to moderation).

If you want a photo Credit, do let me know in the email and I will do so. All photographs remain the copyright of the creator. By sending us a copy, you allow us to publish it on this website at no cost to us. See our full Privacy policy here.

Rules - which should be obvious and self-explanatory - because this is a public website

• No explicit or full frontal nudity
• No images of anyone who is, or appears to be under 18
• No identifiable persons except for yourself or anyone that you are with that has agreed for you to use their image
• Only send photos that you have taken yourself. You agree that we may use those photos for this website - for more details read our Terms here. You always own the Copyright of the photos (assuming that you took them yourself, of course. Copyright by default is owned by the creator). Only send us images and content that you absolutely know belongs to you as the photographer / author etc. It's easier all round.

The rules don't mean we can't use any pictures of nude people. There are plenty on the site which capture the essence of naturism without breaking the rules, however the Captain will not publish photographs of identifiable naked people, or those which appear to have been taken furtively. Also, the Captain sometimes receives photographs which have been retouched, either to conceal the identity of the person or persons depicted, for example by a bar across the face, or to cover parts of the body of the person depicted. The Captain does not consider either of those to be genuine naturist photographs and will usually not use them.

If you want to add anything other than a beach, you will need to Register, then add it through your dashboard. These listings are created via a paid Annual Subscription. See our Advertising page for more details and costs. The expectation is that the owner(s) of the accommodation / club/ spa / activity would Register to create and maintain its listing, not regular barefooters.
