Welcome to the Forum. You must be Registered to contribute, although you can read the discussions without Registering.
This Forum is more of a FAQ than a general discussion Forum. There are other chat-style forums out there on other naturist websites. This one focuses more on sharing information. Read the Captain’s ‘Start here‘ post to understand more.
Website
The Barefoot website is a Guide to naturist-friendly beaches, accommodation and activities. Read the History page for the full history but in short, it was set up in the 1990s as a guide to naturist beaches in Greece. In 2024 it changed hands and the new Captain expanded it beyond Greece, and also beyond beaches.
The current Captain has tried to maintain the original ethos and spent a lot of time copying all the information from the original website. The new design is much fresher, but he understands that not everyone will like the change. It was, however, "Change or Die" as the original Captain no longer had any time to maintain / improve it. The current Captain has a full time job and works on this website when he can, so bear with him if suggestions and changes and reports are not responded to immediately.
Forum
This Forum's aim is to be a repository of information, not a typical discussion Board with constant activity - there are plenty of those already.
What it is for:
- Asking and getting responses to holiday suggestions - from new places, to paths to accessible locations etc.
- Suggesting website improvements
- Reporting website bugs
What it is not for:
- General chatter
- Off topic conversations
- New beach / venue / activity suggestions - use the "Contribute" Form for that, please!
Barefooter
That is you, dear Reader. The person that is reading and, hopefully contributing to these pages. The Captain cannot explore everywhere and he (and Captain Andi) rely on all your valuable contributions. When you explore somewhere, remember this website and bring back a report and some Photographs. Captains Andy and Andi will love you for ever 😍
Thank you
Andy and Andi
