The right-hand end of Thanos beach is apparently traditionally 100% nudist - but a report from August 2007 says there were many textile swimmers there. Given that the beach is so long it is a shame that textiles can't leave a bit of space for us nudists.

2017 June: 3 beach bars, each with rows of parasols, and no nudity, not even topless.

2022 July: on the right end of the beach, after "Pantelis" beach bar, there is a small cove separated by a rock (you have to walk through knee deep water for 5 meters to get there - see picture below). This is the traditional nudist place of the beach (confirmed by locals). It is a terrific sandy beach, almost private that can accommodate at least 30 people. Definitely one of the best nudist beaches on the south of Limnos and a place to go to when the northerly winds are active.
