2022 September: Private beach of Koukmos Beach Greenspace Living:

3 houses and a private, mostly sandy beach. If you should decide to stay here, you have the whole 400 m beach for you. It is even possible to walk the ± 150 m from the houses to the beach in the nude.

As there are only the people staying in the houses that may go for a swim, there is not much coming and going in the sea. As a result there are sea urchins, even on the sand. Look out if you go for a swim. We were here in September 2022 and loved it.
