2021 June: We parked our car at the North end of Delfini Beach and walked for about 30-40min (you must wear proper footwear) to sandy Varvarousa Beach. We had the beach for us the whole day. Of course no facilities or natural shade.

2024 June: Varvarousa Beach was our clear favourite on the island, with never more than six people sharing 140m of fine sand. Each of the three excursion boats left the bay after 15 minutes and after 3pm we were alone on the beach. The first 800m from Delfini to Varvarousa are easy to walk, the last 200 meter are quite steep and can be slippery.
