Brighton naturist beach, to the east end of Brighton is one of Britain’s first official naturist beaches.
It consists of quite steeply shelving pebbles so decent footwear is a must.
It gets busy in the summer and attracts its fair share of gawpers. Apart from the contours of the beach hiding the shoreline from the road, there is not much shelter.

Accessibility notes
The council has built paths a distance into the beach at regular intervals so it is step-free access from the roadside parking in the area. Obviously the beach itself slopes and is stony but you can at least get a wheelchair very much onto the beach area.

About a 40 min walk from the train station or 7 bus towards the Marina. There’s a large shopping complex at the Marina with cinema and restaurants and parking galore. Easily accessible pebble beach, though big pebbles so footwear advisory.
Plenty of unsubtle voyeurs walking through and a homeless tent at the back so not for the faint hearted.
