The beach is beautiful golden sand with dunes running along the back which separates the Sea from the inland Lake of Korrision. This beach runs from the main beach at St George's South. From the main resort beach at St George's head round the bay to your right, pass the windsurfing station, which also has a small taverna for drinks and snacks. As you go further round the bay there are fewer and fewer people and the majority of them are naturist. You can also reach this area by car; taking the turning for Korrision Lake off the main road, follow this road down to the car park just past the turning for the lake and walk to the taverna, turn right and after about five to ten minutes along the beach it is then naturist right up to the end of the bay. Once there it is easy to find a quiet spot where the only noise is the surf.

It is worth noting that this part of the beach is better (no rocks, gravel etc.) than the main beach on either side of Ag. Georgios

2006 September: Barefoot reporters were there but had information that the beach was used all season by naturists. The sand is fine and golden and the sea is shallow and clear - it was just perfect.

2010 June: We can confirm that Isso is naturist as mentioned above. My access to the beach was from Aghios Georgios South. Pass the new large holiday complex, walk along the beach till you reach the sail & windsurf centre. Beyond this point the beach becomes predominantly naturist. You do get some traffic along the beach but this is not a problem.

At the weekends the number of textiles increases the nearer you are to the sail centre but this was not a problem either. A very relaxed beach, highly recommended. The beach is super and you can walk about another five miles without clothes.

2011 June: Still a very nice nudist beach for long nudist walks. Only some feet after the Windsurfing Station, nudes are at the beach. The beach is VERY much flowed with garbage - poor to see - nobody keep it. What a shame. The beach bar is NO LONGER open near the big parking, so you have to keep your water with you. Again some gay men are looking for contact with other men there.

2015 September: Just come back from an idyllic 2 weeks and spent almost every day on Issos beach. I found that soon after the windsurfing station you can spot nudists but they were spaced a good distance apart. People do walk along the beach but there is no problem. You can enjoy long naked walks along the beach. I found this a most relaxing beach and certainly hope to return. There is some rubbish mostly discharged from ships but the beach is so vast that it is easy to find a clear spot. On a windy day i went into the sand dunes and sheltered for a while. Highly recommended.

2016: This beach is a naturist heaven because you can walk naked along the shore for well over a mile, without a care. After arriving at the circular car park, head for the sea, turn right and start walking. After leaving the textile beach and covered windsurfing base behind, you only have to walk for five minutes before reaching naturist territory (although there are no signs to show where this area is). Even though there are textiles around, there aren't many, and on two separate visits we were able to walk naked along the whole length of the beach, around the headland and still further. The few textiles we passed were clearly perfectly tolerant of us. We stuck to the shoreline for most of the time, but when we ventured into the dunes (towards the lake) we found it was completely deserted. To explore the dunes you will certainly need shoes to protect against the hot sand. The beach is far better for naturists than the adjoining (but reached separately) Halikounas Beach, which we found dominated by textiles for a large area at its north-west end.

August: Confirm that Issos is naturist, but you have to walk about 15 minutes to the right.

2018 October: This beach is 100% naturist. Go to the right from surf centre and you can take clothes off and walk for 1.5-2km, there were people there mostly couples, gay couples, single gay men, families. could be 50-60 people but spread out so you have no-one really close. Textiles walking on beach but not bothered, water is great, beach is clean a bit windy but beautiful. Would definitely go back again. and yes take a Solid Umbrella and snacks as no shops/bar close by. The best time is just before Sunset. the beach gets empty and the sunsets are beautiful to watch.

July: Visited on a windy day in July. Glad we had some shelter with us in the form of solid umbrella as the fine sand bites, when blown hard on your naked body.
We parked our car at the surf centre (https://goo.gl/maps/9sCqaZiJGG32) and walked (with kids) to the right until few people around, and most of them nude.
Guess that if you are a good hiker, you could walk from Ag. Georgios, but it will be too long for most.

2019: We followed directions above. Just after wind-surf beach bar we met a young couple, the girl topless; we went about 40m after them and sat totally naked before 20m of the next naked couple. There were no more than 6-7 couples of all ages and body shapes and a lonely man playing with his cock (June). We made promenade of all the length of the beach, which is huge, totally naked. Other nudist bathers walked totally naked and the atmosphere was nice - discussing about the beach. I noticed a few individual men with bad reactions at the dunes behind the beach, so you must be careful. One of them passing in front of my woman stayed and stared at her pussy for improper time. Sometimes manners of dressed bathers are very bad: there were walking all the length of the beach a couple of young blond women in red bikinis. First one stared my genitals laughing and saying "look a nice cock" in German. So go there and keep the beach nude.
